One new thing I learned was the GC Calendar. Definitely going to go over this with the kids when school gets started.

This was very helpful! I wish that I had watched it when I first began using Google Classroom, but at least I am more prepared for the next school year.

Thank you for sharing these helpful navigation tips for Google Classroom! I teach grade 3 and have used Google Classroom for E-Learning Days when we have school closure due to snow and now the past marking period for Covid19. Next year I would like to incorporate GC into the regular class schedule so that students are well trained when there is a closure, but also to use the many helpful organizational and instructional tools the GC offers.
I love that I can create lessons on Google Classroom, archive them and reuse them the next year.
